Having served since 2023 after replacing Vicente Gonzalez, De La Cruz took to the platform to highlight her involvement in diverse events from celebrating Women’s History Month to visiting educational institutions.
On March 26, 2025, De La Cruz expressed gratitude towards the President, signifying her participation in a significant event. “Thank you, @POTUS! Honored to be at the White House to celebrate Women’s History Month! President Trump has always been a champion for Strong Conservative Women. She noted the progress made by a local medical center. “Connally Medical Center held a ribbon cutting for its newest medical facility in @floresvilletx last week.
