Cost of college went down for all students at Vogue College of Cosmetology-McAllen

Tuition and fees fell 0.3 percent for 2018-19 at Vogue College of Cosmetology-McAllen, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Texas students paid $14,795 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $50 less than the $14,845 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 97 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 64 students received grants or scholarships totaling $231,917 and 67 students took out student loans totaling more than $306,269.

Including all undergraduates (317), 311 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.5 million, and 308 students took out $2.1 million in federal student loans.
