City of Missouri issued the following announcement.
As rideshare services become more in demand, Houston METRO has launched a new program that allows Missouri City residents to enjoy a more customized experience. The new curb2curb App gives the community a more convenient way to get around town. Through METRO’s MCTX Community Connector, it is now more easier than ever before, to explore the City. To help understand this new app, staff has compiled a list of frequently asked questions:
How does the curb2curb service work?
Just like other rideshare companies, customers can log on to the app, enter their origin and destination to book a ride.
Where does the curb2curb app service?
Customers can travel anywhere the Community Connector Route 363 goes, which serves almost all of Missouri City.
How much does the service cost?
Customers only pay $1.25 per ride via the METRO Q Fare Card or METRO Day Pass.
What are the hours of the service?
The hours of service are daily from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.
How far in advance can a ride be booked?
Riders can book a ride up to 15 minutes before a desired pickup time, and as far in advance as seven days before a desired pickup time.
Are there any other benefits to the app?
Yes. Riders can track the Community Connector while waiting so they know how much time they have before their vehicle arrives.
How can you download the app?
The app is available to both iPhone and Android users. To download, visit the App Store or Google Play.
