CITY OF MISSOURI: County COVID-19 Threat Level Rises to Red

Covid19

City of Missouri issued the following announcement.

Fort Bend County has moved to the red "High Community Risk" category on the Public Guidance/Risk Assessment Tool for COVID-19. This is due to the upward trend in daily positive rates within the county and the potential for additional spread during the holiday season. Currently, outbreaks are widespread and the healthcare system (including hospitals, testing, and tracking capacity) is strained.

Missouri City remains committed to keeping citizens safe during the pandemic. All residents are urged to get tested for COVID-19. Here are some local testing sites:

  • CVS Drugstore, 2781 Dulles Ave. & 1610 Cartwright Rd.
  • Excel Urgent Care, 6840 Hwy. 6
  • Next Level Urgent Care—Sienna, 8720 Hwy. 6, #400
  • UT Physicians Multispecialty—Sienna, 8810 Hwy. 6, #100
  • Smart Financial Centre, 1811 Lexington Blvd., Sugar Land
  • Fifth Street Community Center, 3110 5th St., Stafford
