Rep. Monica De La Cruz, serving Texas' 15th district in the U.S. Congress since 2023, has recently shared several updates via social media on initiatives and events relevant to her constituents.

On March 11, 2025, Rep. De La Cruz announced that "Submissions are now open! Enter the Congressional Art Competition for a chance to have your art displayed in the Capitol for one year. April 18th is the last day to submit. Guidelines and submission instructions are below." The announcement encourages participation in a competition offering artists an opportunity to showcase their work at the Capitol.

The following day, March 12, 2025, she invited people to "Join President Trump and the First Lady on April 21st for the 2025 White House Easter Egg Roll! Lottery results are released March 18th via email." Additionally, those interested in volunteering were urged to complete a form by March 19th for consideration.

Later that same day, Rep. De La Cruz highlighted her office's assistance services by sharing a success story: "My team is ready to help Texans! We recently helped Mario Rivera recover his taxpayer dollars after being incorrectly taxed!" She provided contact information for those needing help with federal agencies.
