Monica De La Cruz, currently serving in the U.S. Congress as the representative of Texas' 15th district, shared updates on her recent activities on social media. Utilizing her platform, De La Cruz addressed issues relevant to her constituents and national matters.

On April 2, 2025, De La Cruz mentioned a recent meeting with Leroy Wolff, an Area 3 Board Member for the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts. She stated, "I had a great meeting with Leroy Wolff, Area 3 Board Member for the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts. We talked about the challenges our ag community is facing and the importance of investing in infrastructure to support rural Texas. I’ll always stand". The congresswoman highlighted the challenges encountered by the agricultural community and stressed the importance of infrastructure investment in rural Texas.

Later that day, De La Cruz posted in recognition of Autism Awareness Day. She urged for a commitment to understanding and support. "Today, on Autism Awareness Day, let’s commit to promoting understanding, acceptance, inclusion, and support for all!" This post underlines her advocacy for inclusive and supportive measures for individuals with autism.

Continuing her social media outreach, she commented on border security later in the day. "March recorded the lowest southwest border crossings in history – averaging just 230 per day. This is the result of President Trump enforcing immigration law, repealing Biden's disastrous open border policies, and allowing Border Patrol Agents to do their job. In less than three". In this statement, she attributed the decrease in border crossings to policy changes and enforcement under President Trump.
