Abbott asks USDA for help after Hurricane Hanna impacts local producers

Gov. Greg Abbott has asked for disaster assistance after multiple counties were hit with Hurricane Hanna this summer.

Starr County is now under a shelter in place order, Judge Eloy Vera announced, according to Valley Central.
